we were pretty equal in the first half, stupid pen to give away, we lost our way in the 2nd half but we seemed knackered, weve just won 6 away points and have a home game coming up against one of the worst teams in the league, yes. its a hugely important game but very winable, to read this board we are already down,
If Hull city win this Championship ,,,, well I'll be dissapointed beause it shows how far a struggling club as come on in the last dozen games . I for one would swap them for a semi final game.....
Actually I don't think it's been that bad Apart from Dragon who doesn't count. Most ae saying we have been beatern by a better team or that we are tired etc. There have been far worse moans on here. Roll on Saturday.
but they are more or less certain to get into play offs as 4 of the top sides play each other on saturday, just been looking at the fixtures on bbc sport
Hull are the form TEAM and unfortunitley tttttttttttttttttttttttke some stopping now good luck to them fortune favours the BRAVE etc ..............
just got back... ..and I thought that was terrible
Was Nyatanga injured ? if not why did he change the formation ? we looked fairly solid at the back in the first half
Was it a penalty ? looked like from where I was and if so what was Sousa playing at ? no need to make a challenge
KO... his movement was truly statuesque in the second half.
Referee .... every time we got on the ball there was a cynical little trip yet no booking.
We seemed to have full measure of hull up to the penalty, it went down hill from there and the second half was about as bad as I've seen at Oakwell this season.
I hope Howard's fit for Saturday as although Leon looks a good player I feel he needs a strong player alongside him. I think Howard's influence on the team is sometimes under-estimated.
Dave

pretty fair summary Dave the pen certainly gave them the upper hand and was a result of poor defending, Naya... was apparently ill so was subbed, the second half was poor, we let ourselves get hustled out of it, Hull were pretty physical and probably more up for it than we were, plus we looked knackered
Was feeling quite confident at half time that we could get back into. What happened? That second half was woeful. Midfield was non existant. Strikers like statues. Compared to Hull who had movement all over the team and non more so than up front. 2 front men look like very good players. Although they were helped by a below par performance from our CB's. Was pretty impressed with Hull though. They remind me of Sunderland last season in that they have flown up the league after an average start to the season. They have got the momentum and will probably win this league. Us, we have got to avoid defeat on Saturday.
Hull like ZUNDERLAND??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
They have had a pretty similar season. Poorish start. Bottom half in first half of season. Fantastic run and climb the table. Win at Oakwell at same stage of season. Go on to win the league?????? That was my comparison.
