I didn't meet him n I'd never heard of him but it still happened .



I've also done houses forAlex Gilroy (Roy Barrowclough), Tony Yeboha (Leeds scum) and the lesbian vet off Emmerdale (going back a bit nar)

That's nothing! When I was driving Mercs and BMWs and Jags darn sarf I picked up Harry Enfield a few times and once, using our mini bus, him and the Fast Show mob. That was an hilarious trip and Paul Whitehouse gave me all the change in his pocket as a tip. Must have been 35p!!

Went to a few film sets round the Bucks area and picked up actors like Wendy Craig. Had a nice chat with her about Butterflies and The Royal. Happy days.

 

I went to see Springsteen at the MEN Arena in 99, i ended up bumping into him (not stalked) in a hotel bar, finished up chatting to him for a 20 mins, tho there was about 6 of us there so it wasn't a one to one but still cool

 

I once said hello to Christopher Biggins.

Also whacked a beach ball into Pete Waterman at the Palace nightclub Blackpool whilst they were filming Hitman and Her.

 

I used to fix Bobby Balls computer. Rock on.

I said hello to Conor Hourihane other day.

 

I did a freebie for Look North's weatherman Paul Hudson at his house. Very nice bloke indeed. Trouble was cam belt went on my van on the way back...cost me over £1300.

 

My missus once cut Kevin Keegan's hair, and I once put my hand between Margaret Thatcher's legs.

 

I once saw Gorky’s Zygotic Mynci wandering around Sheffield looking lost. They were playing the Leadmill that evening and were looking for somewhere to have lunch. I took them to a café bar not far away and they were very happy.

 

I once appeared on Jim'll Fix It, t'old Jimmy made my dream of petting a snake whilst being blind folded come true.

 

I DJ'd straight after Tiesto once and mixed out of his last tune.

I also went on a lucky streak of seeing footballers at airports. First Marc Overmars in Amsterdam, then Patrick Viera went through security behind me in Manchester. Then, the absolute zenith of my spotting footballers in airports career, when I saw two on one day in Manchester again - Hugo Colace and Anderson Da Silva were checking in at the next desk to me.

 

He once let me drive his 4x4 before I fixed his son's computer.

 

Kevin Keegan took my mum to the cinema when they were kids apparently!

I did ask my mum if taking her to the cinema was euphemism but she gave me that look parents do

It could all have been so different for my junior football career and I might have had curly hair, oh the dreams

 

Got my spotters badge about four years ago when I saw USA boss Jurgen Klinnsman checking in near me at Manchester airport.

 

Where i work Andrei Shevchenko is a member and comes around 4 times a year with his wife and kids. Spoke with him a few times.

Also had a chat with Adam Scott whilst in the bathroom He promised to introduce me to Justin Rose as the brits should all stick together he said.
It never happened.
Also Tiger Woods old caddie Mike Cowan (Fluff) is a member and chat with him on a regular basis.

 

I once appeared on a radio programme with the one and only Andy White. A thoroughly top class man.

 

Being bear hugged outside the Ponty by JLWBL. I was starstruck.

 

Squashed, too.

 

I appeared on Popmaster last year - lost on a tie break with 21 points.

Had my phot taken with Alastair Cook at Singapore Airport. He was with Ian Bell, Jimmy Anderson and graham Swann on their way to the NewZealand Test series a couple of years ago.
