Not a person to be taken seriously but it’s a sad indictment of Britain today that he’s regarded by many as a voice of the people.
That can’t be true, he apparently culled all the badgers to stop TB infecting his cows. It’s almost like culling badgers makes no difference
Really I think he’s hugely entertaining, his show is the funniest thing on tv but all about personal opinions.
I was never a fan of Top Gear even though I am into cars, as I couldn't do with the absurd 'middle aged men being stupid' genre. But his Clarkson's Farm series is brilliant and does more to highlight the highs and lows of farming than a thousand episodes of Countryfile. He tends to let the others working with him shine. Who doesn't love Gerald and in the latest season, the new lass Harriet was amazing - so likeable and knowledgeable. It shines a light on how much the weather can ruin everything and wipe out a whole years work. Obviously he doesn't need the money as he has other sources of income, and he stresses that point, but for other farmers, the reality is more difficult.
Impossible to like the man’s politics but I put that down to his entitled upbringing. As a Broadcaster, up there with the best of them.
I won't watch it as the guy is a total *****. I can't believe he has the gall to complain about the farming inheritance tax when it's dickheads like him buying farms for tax avoidance which caused it.
Did you see the interview with Victoria Derbyshire at a protest march? She properly put him in his place. Jeremy Clarkson argues against inheritance tax changes as thousands of farmers protest in London
They obviously ain’t watched it might not be the perfect human(who is) But his show on Amazon is hugely entertaining and funny.
