that is an awesome piece.... as is this , yes its a more modern piece but still classical.... and extremely moving too
I've watched this a few times on YouTube and l nearly bought tickets on the strength of it. By the way - l spent the 90s in Ibiza off mi box as the kids say, so my missus thinks I've cracked up with this stuff.

I'm more a fan of rock/metal music but one of my favourite bands play a clip of that before they come on/as their reveal if that counts for anything at all.

The Simon barber piece was played by the New York philharmonic shortly after 9/11. There's a YouTube video which is very moving as it cuts in with scenes of 9/11. Elgar cello concerto is also a favourite. I also love nimrod Planet suite- Venus and Jupiter as well
