Seems pretty obvious to me that they want COG and nobody else, despite his ******** about three or four others on his list. Had to laugh when he said they could play JCR up front.

Earlier in the same audioboo when discussing Maguire to Hull, he's bairning about them not matching their valuation. Hypocritical lovely person.

 

Why does he keep talking about our player.
Also why does he say it's encouraging that Barnsley have said they are ready to listen to offers. Barnsley have always been willing to listen to offers but the offers got to be upto a certain level.

 

I have no recollection of BFC publicly stating they were willing to listen to offers for COG.

 

In as many words but they would sell if the right offers come in.

 

That's the thing, BFC have never said they're willing to listen to offers. We are, but that's not the point.


He either needs to stop being a bell end and come in with a proper offer or stop bairning on about it like a little kid at school.


Used to like Clough but he's being a total lovely person about the whole situation.

 

I'll tell you what Clough won't be willing to reach a reasonable value on a player being sold by us, because if he does he's the first mug that ever has. With our history of letting players go, and since we have made it very clear that we need to reduce wages, all he has to do is wait for us to cave in. And we will.
