I am aware that many of us don't like the club statement. I do. It says that the structure we have is bigger than the manager leaving. It says that the club is bigger than the manager. It says that the structure is intact even if the manager goes. It says that we have a plan and that if people / managers choose to leave then it will not hurt us. Many of the posters on this board have given PC and bm an enormous amount of stick in the recent past. But they stuck to their plan. This time around you / we should show some faith in what paddy Cryne is looking to achieve. Solid foundations. Succession planning. Hungry young professionals with a strong underbelly. I don't give a **** who the next manager is as long as he can manage within the framework set out by PC.
