That o/g gets worse and worse the more you view it.

and what's happened to Cole? zero goals in last 10 appearances. Head turned by new pastures.

To be fair, the ball hits a divot in the pitch. It was no one’s fault, just a freak goal

When? He kicked it in a perfectly straight line down the centre of the goal and Roberts was stood over to one side

I think you're being incredibly generous there. It's a combination of MDG over hitting his pass and Roberts not being on his toes to receive it for me.

yeah I do agree with both of those things but if you watch carefully it flicks up off the turf

I’m not sure if I have the capability to describe precisely when mate! But it does just before it comes to Roberts

I don't normally watch the highlights of a defeat, but I've made an exception (not sure why).

On second viewing, Cadden's missed chance was even harder than I first thought, but for me, McAtee should bury his just before half time. I also think we got away with one with the disallowed goal; whist there is a Cambridge player who clearly ducks and doesn't make any attempt to play the ball, it's difficult to say that he's impeded either Roberts or McCart.

I've watched it in slow motion, and the only reason it bounces is because of the weight of the pass, not the pitch, in my opinion.

"Just before it comes to Roberts" is good enough to be honest, I didn't know if you meant as MDG passed it or before or what.

I don't think it hits any divot, it goes past Roberts to the side of him not over him or anything like that. I knew it was in the second it left his foot

this any better? Looks to hit a couple of bobbles. Don’t get me wrong - too powerful but there is a slice of bad look thrown in!

Directly behind it in the ESL and bobble or not, Roberts wasn't reaching it. Not sure who's most at fault really, but MDG didn't look and put a bit too much on it imho.

It was perfect. You would never see any striker calmly slot the ball in from that distance.

I don’t think it bobbles off the pitch. I’ve noticed this season that a lot of MDG’s passes bounce and bobble about.

Not quite sure why he always feels the need to put so much zip on them either. That simple pass to Williams where he pinged it to about knee height, what was that about?

He wins a decent amount in the air and has some flashy moments but there’s still a mistake in him. Hopefully he can cut that out like Mads did.

That macatee chance where he hit the post he really should have buried it.

Said it at the match and I stand by it - Roberts should have dived and stopped the ball with his hand. Indirect free kick, possible yellow card but more than likely no goal. The game would have played out differently.

Im sorry to say that Devante has been garbage again recently, at this stage of the season (like he did this time last year as well, when he stuck on 15!).
I'd like to know though seriously, who does he think will want him in the Championship, at his age and with this questionable lazy attitude ?.
