    Sounds as frustrated as us, I'm glad he's realistic and can see our problems for what they are, poor recruitment leaving him putting square pegs in round holes to get us where he wants us to be.

    The only problem with him for me is he doesn't realise when he has the round the pegs in the round holes. Northampton and Stockport are good examples of his changes costing us points.

    I don’t want to give him a hard time. He is obviously frustrated and expected more from his squad at this stage. We lost two of the best centre backs outside of the premiership and haven’t found replacements. We’re shaky a the back. We lost two of the divisions best strikers last year and haven’t replaced them adequately. The midfield is a strength, but not a team. To hang on to top six is an achievement with this squad, but to go about scratching his head isn’t showing leadership and he needs to sell the idea that he knows the direction we’re going in. Not a bad manager, but needs to motivate the team and the fans better. Hope he reads this!
