    For me, why don't the club offer him a 12 month extension on his current contract (on existing terms) with an option to leave for a specified fee (say 500k) triggered next May if we don't win promotion back to the Championship? That would suit both player and club and I reckon COG might just go for it?
    I know it sounds just too logical for BFC and I am thinking out of the box after a skinful of ale!!!!!
    Reallistically I just know that the club will take the first concrete offer put to us though.
    Frustrating........
