    15 so far, all in the league. 6 for us last season, 9 this. Altogether 32 appearances, 3 subs for us.

    9 goals in 19 appearances this season. Looking good! Will take some doing to get 20 though, may just manage it with his ratio.

    Anyone know the last player to score 20 league goals at Championship/Division 1 level. I've no idea. Ronnie scored 20 in his tine but not at this level. So train spotters any ideas?

    I'm probably wrong, but I thought he scored 20+ league goals in his first season 1979/80, 1980/81 (both in Division 3) & 1982/83 (Division 2)?

    If you believe some of the rumours he might already have played his last game for us.

    Obviously getting rid of our only recognised striker would be suicide, but if the right bid came in we'd have to take it I suppose.

    You are probably right mate.
    I think the last striker to score more than 20 was probably Joicey or someone like that !

    Yup, you're right. 26 league goals (plus another 3 in the FA Cup) in the 176/77 season.

    Glavin only scored 20 league goals once in 79/80 then 18 then 7 then 17 then 11 so not at this level and Joicey in the old 4th.

    Must be 50s since any player scored 20 or more in the league at Championship and above.

    Even Tommy Taylor never managed it. What league were we in win Ces McCormack got 33 in the 50/51 season?

    All those second tier games and we've struggled to find just one striker who scored 20+. That's a fair old record!
