    oowh, I've eaten too much. A full pan of mashed potato and four Cumberland sausages. That's what happens when you cook for one. You end up eating for three. I look like I'm pregnant. There's a lesson to be learned here but I'm buggered if I'm going to learn it.

    Well I'm about to break open a big bag of sea salt with crushed black peppercornKettle chips and for afters a block of Bourneville choc.</p>

    Plain chocolate is good for you, containing antioxidants and stuff, and so are peppercorns. After that its a bottle of white wine. Being dry white it is very healthy because it contains less sugar than sweet white. And - if you drop a strawberry or a slice of orange into each glassful, as I do,it immediately becomes a portion of fruit.</p>

    Simple, easy, brilliant, healthy, effective.</p>
