No matter how it is pronounced, he is still a PASSENGER.

I'm yet to see him have a good game. There are plenty of people that rave about him, so he must have something. But I must have seen him a dozen or so times and he's always looked very ordinary.

Been a bit hit and miss for me this season. Even in one game he is good one minute & poor the next!

he needs more help from half at times. if he leaves to tackle someone and he misses and doesnt win the ball the defence is exposed. The best dms wont jump in to tackles they just block the other team getting to there cb's. Some fans blame him for things but on sat half was saying sorry to hugo because it was his mistake.

    Can't understand the criticism

I think overall Colace has done pretty well for us,he didn't have much of a game on saturday, but part of that was Bristol tending to play down the wings and bypassing central midfield, but he wins a lot of ball
and doesn't tend to lose possession easily.Much as I think Butterfield looks like he is going to be a nice player one day
I don't think he puts the miles in that a young fit lad busting to get a starting place should,if you look at their penalty he was stood next to the player who put the rebound in, but never reacted at all to Steeles save,he just stood there and watched from the edge of the area as we went 1-3 down, the lad must do better than that to gain a start for me.

I just can't see it with him....I think he is no better than Sam Togwell was.

That's not such a bad criticism

    Sam Togwell was alright.

    Aye...

but simple brought him in to improve the squad. At least Togwell could get box to box. Colace has a job on getting from one side of the pitch to the other.

I'm with you Redstar on Colace.

I just don't think he is effective as a holding midfield player. He can't tackle and he is one paced!

I have never rated him from day one but there are many on here who love him.

However I am not one of them, but that's only my opinion.
