Cheltenham 18 Feb 2003 WCU was taken up to the Police control box at half time showing signs of hypothermia!
oldham away , about 1989/1990 stood on there open away end , wind and rain blowing ice cold straight into our faces , reds were crap and we lost 2 -0 , dont think we even had a shot let alone one on target !
December 2nd, 1980. Burnley away midweek night match, promotion season. Drove straight after school with the one lad that had got a car at 17. Completely unprepared for the weather. Thought I'd lost me toes. I would have eaten my own head if it had warmed me up. For the record, we nicked it 1-0 - Banger.
A mate of mine got taken out of the ground wrapped in foil due to hyperthermia if thats any good? Around 1990-91ish.
He went blue!

Friendly verse IFK Gothenburg way back in early 90's i think . They were in the Champions league and their season had finished so they were looking for games during the winter break.2-2 draw, notable only that Phil Gridelet scored!
My girlfriend once said, "Couldn't we sometimes do something different on Saturday?" and, without even turning to look at her, I said, "Take it or leave it, I don't care."
