Cole. Our new manager may get a tune out of our current strikers but based on last seasons showing, we currently don't have any. It's the weakest part of the pitch by a mile.
I doubt either would come back, but I'd have both of them... though thats based on their general stats and the handful of games i saw in Duffs season rather than the 2 playoff games I saw last season.
Cole for me. Goalscorer. Although that did dry up massively. Cadden is a weird one. First season under Duff he was brilliant. Last season I thought he was poor. Could never really defend but his attacking play made up for it under Duff whereas last season I thought he looked a yard slower and his crosses were awful 99% of the time. Hard and low blocked at the near post. Surprise.
I'd take both back. In a flash. Both have had a break. Both would treat re-signing as a fresh start. Perhaps.
The Devante Cole song was rubbish though. It fizzled out before it started, and no-one could sing it anyway. The Nicky Cadden song, well, remind me. "Oh Nicky Cadden, Nicky Nicky Nicky Nicky Caddennnnnnn". Sounds about right for our lot.
Definitely take Cole back. Think we'll really struggle to replace his goals. Wouldn't be surprised if a championship team take a punt on him though.

Neither, they've moved on, so have we. I think both are easily replaced (save for Cole's hot spell in first half of last season).
Both. They have both shown they can play. Although the last few months fizzled out. Cole more so. But not to the extent some made out. Imo tactics became the issue. A fresh start under Clarke could have possibly revitalised em. I say possibly as it isn't going to happen. Bit concerning that we haven't replaced either though. I can see it being loan deals if our main targets go elsewhere.
