Don't know how much of this is true but a workmate of my sister knows someone who was having a driving lesson the other day and Colgan was in the back seat of the car because he's training to become a driving instructer.
Its True, Hes passed the appropriate tests apparently. Mates driving instructor might be giving him a job!
so we could see a retirement at the end of this season then especially if he eventually gets pushed out of the team by Muller
RE: so we could see a retirement at the end of this season then It Is True
He Will Retir After His Contract Runs Out

He will set up his own driving school with bloke i work with. He does motorbike training in his spare time
He is only 33 FFS! Why would he retire? Playing at Championship level, in Ireland squad, probably earning about £4k pw. I would have thought all players would want to play on until they can't, in these times of great wages. it's not as though he has injury problems or owt and keepers seem to go on forever these days. He could play on for another 5 years and earn the thick end of a million quid. Or he could become a driving instructor.
He might have done He's not retired though has he? There's a difference between setting somethin up for the future for when you retire, and actually retiring.
Hmm very interesting seems to be a trend, ever since Rodger Wylde set up that dog-grooming parlour in Jump.
