    We're struggling to retain possession and breakdown attacks. We need a specialist to protect the back 4 and sweep up.Pinnock was used there for Forest Green last year, he got rave reviews albeit at conference level. It's the only way players like Moncur will shine IMO. I know Hecky wants all round midfielders but away from home we need someone to take the pressure off.

    He didn't accept the new contract we offered him unfortunately. That was a painful one to take to-day.
    Can't wait to hear Praise or Grumble later tonight. If the Consortium wanting to take us over witnessed
    that abject performance to-day, they'll probably give backword on the deal on Monday.

    Every team has a "Mare" at some point. Let's hope that that was ours for this Season.
    Upsetting thing for me , is that with local bragging rights at stake , some of our players didn't give it
    everything to avoid adverse criticism and all the pi*s taking we as fans will now have to endure.

    Only comfort is that we now know that if Sheffield United play like that for the remainder of the Season, they
    are unlikely to be there or thereabouts come the end of the season.
