    I can feel it brewing already. Discontent, moaning and the season hasn't even started.

    Most players and managers have only just got back from holiday and the nigglers expect players signed already.

    If we aren't top of the league by September, they'll be shouting for McCarthy.

    Realistically any team that comes up are relegation candidates. With the fans on the managers back the likelihood of relegation increases dramatically. This year is consolidation, slow and steady with the spending, hope you don't go down - anything else is a bonus.

    Anyway, if we are riding high in the league come October, Richie will be linked with every vacant managers job going.

    I hope that does'nt start because,as I said on the 22nd June, the antics of shepherd will see Ritchie set up and disposed of naturally by his employers. Either Ritchie is too thick to see whats happening or lacks the backbone.
