World class, or raised the weight limit to 152 a week before the fight to give himself an advantage? Carson Jones isn't even good enough to be British champion, so that performance proves nothing.
All about opinions loko. Most people think Jones was a live opponent, as shown in their last meeting. He can take a punch too. Brook is slowly edging towards the top, whether he has got enough to claim a title remains to be seen.
Everyone has an opinion mate, I know that, but Carson Jones has been awful in two of his last three fights - one of which was against someone who would struggle to contend for the British title. Carson Jones isn't a contender, he just caught Brook on a poor night (hence Brook completely overhauling his conditioning team for his fights since). I actually rate Brook, but he just doesn't have a name on his record yet for us to really know - desperately needs a stern test from a respectable opponent. The increasing of the weight for last nights fight stinks though - should have been at 147 not 152
Jones has not fought at 147 for his last 3 fights though mate, so if you are saying the increase helped Brook, I would say different.
But Jones wasn't fighting at at a higher weight because it helped him, he was just doing it to avoid being fined in fights that were meaningless. To change the weight limit for a fight a week before is just a bit shoddy, and Jones' team were pushing for 147
