No, I have to say that Windy is very articulate.

His spelling, punctuation etc. are beyond reproach.

I have never, however, agreed with anything he's ever said.

Doesn't mean he's un-intelligent or unable to express an opinion. The guy clearly has brains.

But bearing in mind that education comes in many forms and doesn't just mean the ability to use a comma properly, He certainly falls into the bracket of uneducated. He has the smallest mind I have ever witnessed ( even though he is a legend in it) and continues to try and foist his drunken opinions onto anyone who will listen.
