    By far the best Yorkshire sports star we've ever had in my opinion, and if she can bring home a Olympic gold with all the hopes of the nation resting on her, she will be regarded as one England's greatest ever sports stars.

    Agreed mate, the pride of South Yorkshire! Also couldn't happen to a nicer person, what an absolutely brilliant role model for our local kids to look up to, we could do with many many more like her.

    I'd have given 'owt to have been in that stadium tonight to see her crowned, alas despite endless attempts to secure tickets, t'was not to be.
