This season 2-0 against a top 6 maybe top 4 team

I don't know how we played but SD seems to be disappointed but not that critical
So I for one am a lot more positive at the end of this transfer window than I was last season at this time

Lets see what people post about the performance who have been to the match later 2-0 looks better than 7 granted .

 

Can't compare today with last season. 7-0 was a one-off due to the circumstances. WBA needed to win for the play-offs, we were safe, were de-mob happy and probably didn't even train that week. Similar situation to when we lost 5-1 at Oxford after gaining promotion to the Prem. Plus Davey played a couple of young 'uns in the back four who were quite obviously nowhere near ready. Today was a level playing field and we're obviosuly not at their level.

 

Quite obviously, West Brom are a team who are unlucky not to be playing Premiership football right now, it was never going to be an easy game.
