...append your name below if you wanted Ritchie to be shown the door.
Oh aye and of course please feel free to and any of the following rebuttals......
1) ....and I stick firmly to my opinion. (Best laugh that one)
2) .... I never really wanted him in the first place.
3) ....Of course he had to go, pretty, free flowing football that was a joy to watch but only scraped us a few points was never going to do it, Davey however....(ad naseum)
4)....The senior management is ALWAYS right. (Not many takers amongst the management hating good folk of Barnsley there then)
5) .......your own worthless opinion.

I vote to move on. But for what its worth we should have sacked AR earlier and got a better replacement.
Agreed, Once the **** started flying after the Wednesday game , Ritchie should have been shown the door there and then.
I try to do it every year Mistake yesdi tho... too wet and early (ok I'm not as fit as I need to be for the whole walk)
Did you go up the path , across the Ridge and down Mam Tor, or straight up Mam Tor across the Ridge and down the path.

I prefer Up Cavedale from Castleton, onto windy edge and then upto Mam Tor. Follow the ridge down to castleton and then some grub and a pint in the castle.
For me Start at the boozer in Edale, the top one to grindsbrook, up the scramble, yomp to Kinder Downfall and then a direct route across the perilous bog to the Nab and back down to the boozer for 6 pints and some snap. Once intended to walk from langset to edale. Went with a mate accross cut gate and down to Ladybower and back up over the plateau toward the snake but got caught in freezing horizontal rain bart waterproofs on so gave in and yomped to the Snake Pass Inn and got B*ll*cksed until the rescue team arrived!
The guy was taking us down. OK, so Davey appears to be too. Still believe something needed to be done.
RE: For me When I was 16 I walked from langsett to edale. Over the tops to Ladybower and via Alport Castles. It was knackering especially carrying a tent.
