We were bad and getting worse his tactics and lack of ambition was disgraceful. He had 'lost the plot' and his record of last season was just a memory.

At least we are buying some players and attempting to do something about the position. Lets all pass judgment when Constantine gets here and Eckersley has time to settle. Atkinson keeps improving and we give Coulson some games from the start. We should have a clearance of the poor players we have and then things should improve.

It's not rubbish though is it?

As for clearing out hte "poor" players we have, are you suggesting that we replace Howard & Togwell with Mattis & McCann?

Why else would those two have been brought in?

    rubbish

    no heart
    no desire
    no leader
    no hope

Davey aint got a clue. I bet now that he never saw Mattis play - he cant have. What an absolute shower. Scared shitless, didnt want the ball, when he got it kicked it anywhere to to get rid.

We needed players with experience to keep us up and were signing players from 2 leagues down to try and come in and do a job. Absolute suicide.

I was prepared to give Davey a go even after the swfc but hes proving beyond doubt that he is clueless.

    But

I also remember hearing people say that we were playing the best football that we had played for a long time and we were unlucky to lose quite a few of the games.

    RE: But

That's the thing Caz, we were playing good stuff and were genuinely unlucky in games, away at Preston with 10 men for a start.

We could all see that with the team spirit Richie had engendered the addition of a couple of QUALITY signings would have seen us okay in this division.

Now, it's all gone to pot.
