reading today,s chroni, about chopra how clear is it that he want,s to join us, he willing to ingore bigger clubs and sign for us. Why is sheperd not making a bid for him, we have the bit of money, now and we need theshow ambition to suceed in division, GET him signed now before for it,s too late. also heard rossi from man utd on a season long loan, anybody else this. think of the partnership we could have?
We dont know what is going on behind the scenes do we? He is a good player but not worth gambling the club's future on.
I agree we must sign chopra, regarding rossi I think he would be an exciting signing but dont think rossi will come?
we,ve got to take a gamble, he,s talant and we would anyway. who else get our money back if we had to sell him in the future. who else is there who could 20 goals+
My opinion - As much as I would like Michael Chopra back playing for BFC I don't want Mr Shepherd to undo all the hard work he has done getting the club back in business. I also don't think it is fair asking Mr Cryne to keep using his money to help. I know it is his choice if he wants to. Leave the Chairman, the Manager and the Directors to sort out what is necessary for us to compete in the Championship, I would rather be told after deals had been signed than hear we are linked with ?, ?, and ? only to find we didn't get the players.
I would certainly go all out to get him if he wants to come to Oakwell.
Aswell as being an excellent addition to the squad, he will most likely be a very good investment.
If he was to complete a couple of seasons with us in the championship, I'm sure his value would double if not treble, even more so if he managed to net a reasonable amount of goals.

I agree their is a fair chance and I think he would be a good signing but NOT AT ALL COSTS. We cannot guarantee to sell at a profit etc.
