"Confronted by a baying crowd and rampant opponents, whose confidence knew no bounds, the Robins could easily have folded and accepted what would have been a first League defeat in 21 outings dating back to March." Very fair report that. Didn't mention "plucky" or "battling" Barnsley once. They certainly got away with it, mostly due to our profligacy in front of goal. We really need to sort the problems out at both ends of the field otherwise we are going to lose more than we win. Having said that, what great entertainment in that second half! As others have said you have to shake your head in disbelief at the scores of people making their way down the steps with a good fifteen minutes to go. They can't be all that interested in the football to do that when the team are playing so well and the game is on a knife edge. I'll be happy with this level of performance for the rest of the season. Just need to stick away more of those relatively easy chances and we are in business.
Yes its nice to see a fair report - I liked the bit about them playing their get out of Jail card as well Another game of if only for us
