I hope we managed to relay just how tense the game was and how good the atmosphere was at the Bescott on Saturday, for those who could bear to listen.
Now we are in the play offs and have 2 cracking Yorkshire derbies to come against Huddersfield. We will have full match commentary of both legs on our fm frequencies and Thursday's football heaven will be presented live from Oakwell.
I noticed some people wanted details on Saturday of how to contact the show so I have listed them below

    Tel: 0114 2796699
    Text: 07786 205454

    Sorry to say this, Dave

but Radio Sheffield out did themselves on Saturday. One of their supposed teams finishes in the playoffs after a tense final day, and what do I have to endure on the way back? Paul F.cking Sturrock Q&A.

    utter biased ****.

That's hardly Mr Cooper's fault. The PS interview was probably recorded earlier and was scheduled to go out that day. Remember we could have lost out - then what would they have put on?

In answer to his question about the commentary - yes it was excellent. A couple of times I had to turn it off, then back on after a few minutes.

    Many thanks.

    exactly!!

driving back got within range of the Chesterfield signal and there was this nauseating fawning sychophantic interview with a manager who's just managed to avoid relegation a week AFTER the season's over

and it just droned on and on and on

    awful

if ever anything showed the Sheffield bias that was it

Their season ended a week ago

you're not telling me it couldnt have gone out on any other night? or that they couldnt get enough interview footage from our lot. not blaming Dave Cooper, just Football Heaven in general, nothing outside Sheffield exists. Its time we had an FM frequency station in Barnsley.

    You're going

all the way to Japan for a couple of days bike riding? That's a hell of a long way for a bike ride.
