are you listening in windows media player? If you are try doing this. go into Tools then options and click on the performance tab then adjust the "buffer ** seconds of content" to a higher number. It will mean that your commentary is slightly delayed (by whatever number of seconds you choose) but it should stop it from stopping all the time.
