    Not sure if there is any story behind it but just had three emails from Companies House advising the Cessation of Andrew Mark John Openshaw-Blower as a person with significant control of Oakwell Holdings Limited and installing James and Jean Cryne as people with significant control.

    Wonder if that is anything to do with 'the covenant'?

    James and Jean were Directors but Andrew Openshaw Blower was the equity owner of OH.

    I presume that he was Patrick’s solicitor and this has now been transferred to James and Jean.
