We've had a general downturn in support over recent years and a general lack of interest per se. If you went through town and particularly around the market area in week leading up to Wembley, lots of shops and seemingly all market stalls had something red and white on them. Today theres not a single shop or stallholder got anything to do with BFC in or around re Saturday, with the exception of the club sponsor. Maybe the World Cup has something to do with this? As for lack of ticket sales we'll sell what we sell. Im glad Swansea have sold two trillion tickets or whatever theyve sold. Obviously promotion last year, new ground,LDV final have rekindled interest in their club. I think 6,500 crowds that can turn into 20/23,000 prepared to travel a long way and spend loadsamoney at short notice is a noble effort. Anyone disagrees see me in the bodega bar this lunchtime.

I don't give too much of a toss how many are going.

I know I am & my daughter and five other 'casual fans'/ fans of another club

Thats 7 of us so everyone else is a bonus as far as I'm concerned.

The match is won on the pitch not in the stands. Just ask Leeds fans about that !!

    Didn't realise that you

were mates with casuals. Are you going down there to cause trouble or summat? If so, i think its a bit daft you taking your daughter with you!

I'm starting to feel old. In my day the only things that were casual were slacks and ladies knitwear !!

Kinell Keith Brown! Think he plays for Berwick Rangers now. Seem to remember as well didnt Chris Barker play all season and then not even make the squad for Wembley?

    I remember

sitting in a park at 09:00 on sunday morning with Rich A and downing cans of lager. Standing outside a pub waiting it to open. Taking the tube to Wembley and just getting totally rat arsed. The thing that did impress me and sticks in my mind is Wembley Way. Half blue and half red.... The only thing that did ruin it a little was some stupid Ipswich fans looking for some trouble at the top of the stairs. The only trouble i saw all weekend!

Let's hope you all enjoy satdi as much as that day at Wembley.... only with a differant result!

And yet by some strange reason in the first leg play off at Brum he had a brilliant game. Seem to remember when he was on loan from Blackburn they quoted us £1m if we wanted him permanently. :pff

I went to Wembley and its a day i cherish and will never forget even though we lost, the diffrence this time though is that i expect to win im not just going for a good day out and i will be gutted if we dont regain our position in the championship which is where we belong.
