Compatible DVD decoders.....

Does anyone know owt about them and where i can download one for free please? Apparently i can't play any DVD's until i get a decoder installed - i think the young un's been playing about with it again??

 

Get ffdshow.

During installation, be sure to check MPEG2 in the Video Codecs dialogue.

If you still can't play them, get Media Player Classic

The combo of MPC and FFDShow will play pretty much owt.
