    Anyone had an offer?
After five years of hassle, they have finally admitted they've made an error, and have been instructed by FSA to offer compensation.
They've offered to waive the shortfall that they have been pestering us about two or three times a week.

In other words, theyre waiving £1500 of money, we never owed in the first place, for five years of borderline harassment. Every Friday night, every early Saturday morning for five years, the phone has gone. On occasions the other half has spoken to them to say the error was theirs. They've agreed to look into it, and then someone else has rung to hassle us the next day.

So we are supposed to be happy that they're refunding money they incorrectly demanded.

I can see a strongly worded letter heading back in reply.
