I don't post much. But I look at this team, and how it was assembled. I look at our opponents and I say we are a decade ahead of most of them in terms of recruitment and transfer policy. Identify a way to play and all the parts are interchangeable. Sometimes our system works, like now. Sometimes it won't, like 3 years ago. But it is probably the only way a club of our size will ever be a position we are now- one point off the playoffs and a game in hand. Much of our competition has spent many millions looking for this. We have it and a system which can endure success above our weight, even if we don't get there this time. Up the reds.
