Right I'm on OpenOffice Writer (basically same as Microsoft Word) and it has just frozen on me saying not responding and it isn't saved. It's my coursework for tomorrow is there any way I can somehow save it or cross it off and retrieve it?

    Thanks a lot :)

If it's like word it may have a document recovery facility

Close the program - CTRL - ALT - DELETE to end task and thenclose the program and then open it. That's all I think of - you may want to wait for another suggestion

Is the other one still there - you can have more than one on word

I just had three after the program crashed on me
