computer question

    A box appears regularly on laptop screen saying 'an error has occurred on page'

    If I click on the little icon inside the box it says a) alt/f4 and b)move.

    If I click alt/f4 the box disappears but comes back later.

    If I click on 'move' a little cross with arrows on each limb of the cross appears in the box.

    How can I best get rid of this box for good - where can I move it to?
