    It would explain alot of things about Daveys performance and the teams....he hasn't been able to use his interactive white board to comunicate his 'tactics' to the 'players'

    Perhaps the interactive white board is faulty

    He's writing a list of players on it but it's not responding and telling him the best formation and tactics to use with them
