Just wondering what was going on today with Shep talking about Lucketti, possible GK, Centre Back and Left Back talks, when he said that he would be putting out no rumours at all this summer and the club have so far, perhaps admiringly, stuck to their guns on the issue. Also, seems Davey was put up to burning his bridges with Nards by putting out a similar statement to Sheps after weeks of next to no talk... all very odd (blagger)

Yes it is obvious. Just noting the double standards really. I actually agree with not letting any information out until signings/contracts are confirmed. But I've still not seen a QPR contract being signed, so seemed a bit over the top and panicky to me...
I'll tell you why.. </p> Radio Sheffield were asking questions that they already knew the answers to. They knew that Lucketti had been at the club discussing a possible move, Gordon knew they knew that and wasn't about to deny it on air. As for the GK, Centre Back and Left Back - it's fairly well known that Simon Davey is trying to bring players in for these positions.</p> </p>
