well he is now the manager and so now needs us "the Fans". I will wait and see what the transfer window brings, and also who is to be the assistant man.Also will we have a new academy boss?
I wish you well Simon Davey and pray to God you can do us proud, I for one am sick of being on a losing horse most of the time and also sick of the parade of managers.I really do wish you well Simon and hope you get it right for all our sakes...... I bet GS is hoping this too.
I do not ask much, I am not that botherd about premiership football and all the prancing prima Donna's it brings..I just want honest football, a team dedicated to us the fans... and I do reckon we ARE worthy of being a good Championship side, is this too much to ask. I can take defeat I can take Victory...but I cannot take fakers...and we had many on the field yesterday.My heart breaks when the players do not try to run through walls for the cause, when no pride is there... when we simply just roll over.... "Battling Barnsley" was what we were known as once...please give us our Pride back ..............someone.
