Dowsett was disappointing to finish only 20th.

How do you lads see the road race going?

Surprised to read Ben Swift's the team leader, I've got a feeling Thomas will end up been the last man standing

Yes, would have expected him to do better, wonder how Fabian will do on Sunday, all eggs in 1 basket, re road race and GB if Swiftty is there at the end he is the better sprinter, Kennaugh beat him at the nationals having said that, G is the most likely to hang on in there......I will just be happy if we get some finishers after last years fiasco......Stannard, Cummins, the Yates lads, got some real talent there......as well as Froomy, really looking forward to Sunday

Just realised Frooms not going is he, Millar the biggest surprise to me, was a great team capt a couple of years ago but his form really dipped recently, I would have liked Adam Blyth or guys like Christian House to have been picked,

Think Millar has lost the motivation with retirement looming...

I don't really follow cycling at all, but I do like to see a brit dominate the world in sports. So congratulations to him.

    He's got the lot now.

Still angry he wasn't included in Le Tour though and if anything this makes me even more so.

All you had to do was press your red button! Women's and Men's TTs were both on there live and in full. Women's RR on BBC1/2 on Saturday, men's on BBC2 on Sunday.

Cheers, found out about the 2 elite races being on bbc2 but hadn't realised re the red button facility, initially I had just checked the usual channels, eurosport, sky, itv4...thinking back I think I made the same mistake last year........probably be Boardman doing the commentary then.....
