    I think Donny pushed us back because of Coppinger sitting in the middle - they had 5 across the midfield and wingbacks getting well upfield. I think saying Hourihane was nowhere to be seen is a bit harsh - for me, he was helping out Mawson and Williams with a lot of tackles and interceptions down our left side. It's fair that once Scowen got hold of things that Hourihane started influencing the game further upfield.

    I agree. They brought Coppinger on and changed the tactics switching play at a higher tempo across the midfield. As such we were outnumbered so Connor dropped in front of his back 4. They didn't however get behind us but had more possession in our half. Bringing Scowan on added fresh legs to close the gaps between their midfield and gave us time to regain control and push forward. Two changes that switched balance of play but where Connor adjusted to both.
