that will totally happen... matey next season... when we do yet another fast track and gain promotion to the Premier league... may sound madness, but after last season I would not bet against owt happening for us... tell you what we have had some completely miserable times, and yet the Halcyon days have come too, we have tasted the bitterness of defeats and also the total Nectar of success..... this is BARNSLEY.. we are a definite pendulum that never ever seems to hang in mediocrity.... we seem to swing from the depths of despair to the total bliss of success... I for one hope it continues that way . I so feel sorry for the plastics of the so called big 4 or however many they are in the PREM... and the so called "super teams" of Europe.. to me they are just a circus... can you all remember a guy called Kerry Packer.... this was his kinda thing with cricket.

Goal and an assist not a bad start to the season. He'd be well in his rights to be pissed off that he didn't win the POTY award last season.
Offer him one more year on a lot bigger money, means he makes in wages and we won't lose him for free at the end of the season, he won't sign up again like hammill, we need to be stronger with players in the last year of their contract. Look at Mawson now we have control in another year it's the player holding all cards. Hourihane is turning into some player tho
