He would win a few balls in the air, but he does not win many. I did not notice him winning any last night. Is he too heavy to jump high ?
For his size, he is very lightweight. He seems to be too shy to get stuck in to somebody. Needs to get a nasty streak from somewhere.
Ian Holloway wasnt happy that the Plymouth defence got knocked around by our front two, him an Stan put themselves about on that day...maybe he needs a big mate. He didnt look too fierce last night, whenever the camera was on him it was more like a rabbit in headlights give him some more red meat and lots of orange coloured sweets
I'm amazed by how many times its him thats stood on the back man waiting for mosto's flick on, surely it should be the other way round. Must admit he looked a better player alongside stan. Thought he looked a fantastic prospect at the start but I'm beggining to have doubts. Just doesn't seem to be able to play with Mostto, theyrarely link up and don't seem to be able to get within 30 yards off each other.</p>
I'll be honest, I thought he looked tired and ineffective, very disappointing considering some of the rave reviews I'd heard. However, that goes for all of them. Souza the new Futcher?! Looked more like Chris Hedworth, but I realise it was (hopefully) a one-off. Anyway, you couldn't expect Odejayi to do much considering the woeful standard of the service he received.....
When I said to a Cheltenham fan "He's a big lad, I bet he's good in the air" I got a very firm "NO"
He didn't do too badly in the air against Burnley but he was woeful at Hull. I think that despite his size, he isn't a target man, he needs to play off a target man to use his pace.
