I am a great believer that in football consistancy tends to lead to success, Fergie Man u, Arsenal and wegger, Fulham last season showed stick with a team and you will get results. Charlton for years under curbs. But that doesnt mean to say if you are consistanty poor you should stick and hope for the best and I think that is what PC is doing. I have supported Davey for the last 3 seasons and he has had is excusses and brought in some good players. And at time he showed signs of improvement. However I think he has had his time and we need to look to change, we need some organisation. An attacking spark and team spirit. I believe that we should blood the youngsters but not because of injury but because they are ready and earned it. We should drop players who dont perform (JCR). An older head is required be it a new manager or a director of football in to help Davey, someone who could guide and give insite. But some thing does need to be done and sooner rather than later. PC must be thinking not again, but so are we. his customers and thats what we are customers we pay for this "entertainment" and we not going to continue to pay to see the same show over and over.
