Constantine - Just a thought

Did I hear right on Radio Dee Dar, that Constantine is due at Oakwell on Monday for a medical and contract talks.

To me, what that suggests is that Port Vale and BFC have agreed terms for the player, but that the player has not agreed to anything yet.

Given what we have been offering, and the number of times we have lost out to lower league teams who offer better terms, what is the chances of Constantine listening to what GS has to say on Monday, saying "**** that" and being back in the potteries by Monday night.

Quite High I'd say. His playing in a Red shirt is not a done deal yet by any means.

saw Richards in the corner stand today,thought then it's not the last time that i'd see him.

 

I think that there was an agreement that we could not play richards in case he got injured otherwise why wasn't he on the bench? did constantine play for port vale today?

If Constantine hears how our fans have welcomed Mattis

(Well some of them) - he'll run a mile. If I were a pro footballer on the verge of a move to Oakwell I'd seriously consider the atmosphere and the fact that new young players are written off after 90 mins of football.
