    No, according to some reports, they have only 17 registered professionals and

    are allowed up to 20 before the embargo is officially implemented


    or somat the that effect...


    we did the same, but unfortunately filled the remaining slots with some real tosspots (ie ireland/gallimore etc I think it was)
