    at last a pairing to offer a serious threat to defences in this division, plus, Howard wants to stay, Simon Davey has gone up in my estimation, seen where our problems lie and met them head on, a centre half now Davey lad.

    Shouldn't be a problem as from what i've seen of his goals on The Championship he likes to get on the end of balls from the wide men and his flick ons could help Nads get behind opposition defenses a bit more.

    Of course the reason Nard hasnt passed might be

    the quality of finishing from the other "strikers" - if there is someone who knows where the net is to pass to then things may change
