We'll be forgetting all about him then?

"Vale chairman Bill Bratt has emphasised the fact that the club don't want to sell striker Leon Constantine by slapping a £250,000 starting price tag on his head.

The 28 year old is out of contract in the summer and has scored 18 goals so far this season.

This means there have been clubs sniffing around but Vale don't really want to sell unless a club makes it worth their while.

Bratt told the Sentinel: "I am not saying that is the asking price, but it is the very minimum. "We would look and see what comes in, but we would want the most we can.

"But we want him to stay with us. You can't fail to be impressed with what Leon has done this season.

"He has scored more goals before Christmas than anyone has here and he is on target for 30 or more this season." " (Rivals Site)

A mate told me he's hard to handle and his goal scoring so far speaks for it's self. Love to see him down the well
