    Is the "rind" on stilton cheese edible? I'm making some broccoli and stilton soup and thought I might as well chuck that bit in.

    Do you know how much oxtail costs? It's not cheap - though I do have a nice recipe for that.

    Aye i would say yes at a guess. But i reckon it'll taste like **** IMO....And a bit tough to boot....

    Stiltons wonderful though got to admit, nice with some M/S pickled onions & some white crusty bread.... (clap) ....

    Yeah it's fine, just throw it in, will melt into the sauce no problem
