    We would only get him for 1 season cos he gets titty lip on if you dont get where he wants, ie, promoted, quit almost when relegated, now not got promoted, quit again!!
    He is worse that Jordan and Andre!!!!!

    To be fair to him he annouced he was quiting no matter what division Reading were in a while ago .

    Well I never heard that, infact on Sky he said he still had a job to do here after thay said are you quitting if you dont get promoted or retiring?

    So when did he 'announce it' then?

    I saw an interview with him on Sky the other day when he said it was utter rubbish that he'd quit even if they went up.

    So you're saying even they'd won the play offs he'd have denied himself the chance at being a Premier League manager again?

    I'm on about Mario's post saying he'd told him he was quitting a few weeks ago.

    Amazing how he tells Sky the story's rubbish but good old Super Mario off the Barnsley BBS knew he was going to quit all along.

    I've never seen one that was ballacks. Ever.

    Why would he tell a paper he was definitely quitting, then come on TV watched by millions and say it's a load of rubbish?

    My hunch would be if they went up he'd have given the Premiership a shot, if not he probably felt he'd underachieved and quit.

    That article proves nothing.

    I wasn't surprised when I heard this morning mate

    Just saying I don't believe the paper had an exclusive which he then totally refuted on Sky Sports.

    I suspect it depended if they went up.

    I'm not trying to prove anything. All I was saying was that I'd heard that he was quitting weeks ago. The fact that he has now quit backs the earlier article up. Whether he would have stayed if they'd gone up is anyones guess.

    Guess we'll never know.

    It was just the 'I knew he was quitting weeks ago' comment which made me wonder who you'd heard it off. I'd seen that article, it was well publicised, but he denied it.

    And I know full well papers make stuff up.

    Either way, good luck to the bloke whatever he does, top man.
