Coral draw X3.

I need it. Don't know anything about this kind of thing. What's the best way to get it?</p>

 

Why ??

Its very high end and i'd say ranks second to Photoshop for worldwide use by graphic designers and Photographers. Its severel hundred pounds to get the full 4 disk version so is there something specific you need in that programme, Photopaint and Corel Draw are the two main bits and Paint shop Pro has most of the features of Photopaint.

I have used it since version 3, and have a full version of Coral 12. if you MUST have it, go back to Coeal 11 or 12 as the differences are mainly cosmetic and the core programmes havn't altered that much.

Then you may be stumped

There's a few of the cutters that use Coral alone, for signs etc. It will be inadvisable to use a ripped copy, specially as they get more and more difficult to install and work correctly, plus get caught with one in a workplace and you have way more to loose than a home user.

It comes as a 4 disk set but after disk one the install disk it is just photo;s Clip Art and some fonts, which i suppose will be what you need most. If you end up needing the full version go for the earliest version you can get away with, so far the last 3 upgrades have been more GUI related than feature related.

Photo Paint or Draw. and at that price its good........... but don't send em a photo, you'll never get away with saying your a student............

Chuff knows. When you ring the tech guys they take control of your pc. I hope they don't rummage about too much.

 

Would the Page Plus programme from Serif do the job

I use Page PlusX but have the 9, 10, 11, and use very little else, unless I am preparing artwork for other printers then I use Illustrator and Photoshop. Mail me if you live local.
