From only seeing them for the First Team, Stones, Digby and Rose. Clark looks a good player but a little bit off. Those other 3 have got a bit of summat.

RNL not shown anything to me.

    Really?
I think Hill should build a squad for 4231.
I think RNL should be one of the 4 wingers with a plan to try him in middle.
Dont think stones should be 2nd choice right back but maybe he could play in cup game and maybe go on loan around november until jan.

Think we should have 3 senior strikers and rose as a 4th and maybe go on loan like stones. Think Clark should be tried same as other 2.

would like to see Digby, maybe 5/10 matches in season.

RNL has shown no desire what so ever to me in any of the first team games he's played. Rose has probably shown the same amount of skill and apparently isn't as talented but he's a nasty ******* and showed he wants it both games he's played at Oakwell.

I don't think Stones is a right back either, and probably not ready for centre half so get him on loan for a year somewhere and see what happens. Same with Clark. But budget might dictate we keep them around.

RNL won't play above L2 standard when he leaves us. We can favourite that and revisit it later.

    You ask a question.
Someone gives their opinion you don't agree with.
Then tell us what Hill should do.

    Thats what i think
Ponty72 and Dysons put what they think.

Thats all, Dyson has a opinion of the players, I agree with him in the long term about Stones but in the short term i think Right backs the better postion for the next 18 month.

We have the same opinion about RNL becuase i would agree he needs to show it more but i think hes the most talented of the younger playets at the club.

RNL has been given a fair few chances and not shone when given the chance.

Stones-cannot comment as i have not seen him at first team level.

    Digby-Looks quality for me.

    Clark-See Stones.

Rose-get on the weights lad and you have the makings of being a good un.

    Question -
Who set up both of our last 2 goals?
    Yet he hasnt 'shown' anything?
And, after 2 or 3 appearances - and no goals or assists to show - you think Rose, Digby and Clark are better?
    Bizarre beyond belief.
I will agree though with one thing, and thats that Reubs needs to move on as this manager clearly doesnt like him. The same manager that refuses to drop the worst player at the club

I agree, but once a manager gets a new budget all thoughts of playing the youngsters goes out of the window and off back down the pecking order they go as newbies come into the club.

Apart from the odd appearance we wont see them in any great number until Hill needs and excuse or we are closing out a season.

Actually, he's asked a question, waited for a response and then given a reasoned and well thought out response. You're just picking on him for no reason on this one.

It'd be a great achievement by the Academy

If the likes of Clark, Rose, RNL, Digby, Lidakevicius & Stones were all regular members of next season's first team squad (and any other of the young lads, for that matter). Other than the usual Victor Meldrews, most fans would be over the moon with the progression of the youngsters. However, the only note of caution I'd bring to the equation is that it's very rare for so many youngsters to make a noticeable impact on the starting eleven all at the same time. This applies to all clubs, not just Barnsley.

Digby and Rose for definite. Reuben goes from one extreme to the other, not too sure about Clarke, not seen Stones play since a reserve team appearance last season, where he looked good.

Digby looks a couple of seasons away from being a first team regular, I reckon despite his size, Rose could feature quite a lot next season, he looks a fantastic prospect, he's an incredible talent for his size and age.

Nothing I wouldn't like more. However, given that we have been in a similar boat with youth players before, it helps to err on the side of caution.

Whitey, all Keith Hills said is he needs to show it more and you ask anyone that watches him even at u18 level. I heard is own family say this just over 12 month ago. Keith Hill said hes got the same talents of Tom Ince, IMO hes the most talented player at oakwell. But he needs to say fecking perkins give me the ball, or make runs and point, i want it there.

With what happened to him been laid back was the best thing for him, he never changed is what you get told unlike what i got told about another one of them.
